a full complement of orthodontic treatments

healthy stable mouths for life

Orthodontics is the least destructive way of achieving large changes in the position of teeth and ensuring the longevity of the teeth. Orthodontics is a speciality in dentistry concerned with the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of teeth that are mispositioned. This can occur for a variety of reasons and is very common.

Teeth that are mispositioned can be problematic as they can be prone to gum disease and tooth decay. Furthermore, imbalances in the bite can cause damage to the teeth and can result in bite discrepancies and make eating difficult. In addition, the aesthetic appearance of the teeth can be compromised.

Advancements in modern day orthodontics has revolutionised the way we manage bite discrepancies and teeth can be moved quickly and discreetly to improve their position and provide the perfect smile.

At Concordia Dental Healthcare, we are proud to provide the full complement of orthodontic brace options including Invisalign, Ceramic and Metallic braces provided by Dr Pieter Grobbelaar and his skilful team.

Invisalign is a virtually invisible way to align and straighten the teeth. Using advanced 3D computer aided technology, your complete projected treatment plan can be visualised before starting your treatment, so you can see the end result before beginning.
